Energetic Change

There is so much to be grateful for each day we move through life. The sunshine, the rain, the earth, our neighbors, abundance of services, and many opportunities. So why isn’t everyone happy?

Not everyone sees what is in front of them. Their glass may be “half empty” and not “half full”. Some harbor angst and dismay over the ‘way things are’ or ‘used to be’. Change is inevitable and we are faced with it every waking moment. If we withdraw from it, deny it, or look away, it will still happen. If we do not participate and take charge with confidence, we will be regretful or worse, angry. We all have the ability to choose how to go about making a change. And, how we proceed is often dependent on our surroundings and our journey to this point in time.

I have had the good fortune to explore new venues filled with ‘good to know’ information that reinforces growth and forward momentum. I find that when my mind is open to new ideas, positive energy and excitement occur. Best yet, I start to see that more people who are of like mind drawn near and in my company. This is a great experience!

I often share with clients that ‘what you think comes to be….positive thoughts create positive action and perspective, and negative do the opposite.’ Opportunities are as endless as our imagination. I use a pendulum to demonstrate the impact of our thoughts on our energy attraction. When held over the body, and a person focuses on positive thoughts, it turns in one direction, switch thoughts to be negative and we get the opposite direction!, Better yet, the stronger the intention of the thought, the further and wider the spin up to a few feet away from the body! This reinforces to me (and hopefully my clients) that we have an energy field around us and how we feel and what we think can be ‘felt’ energetically by others. Using this knowledge, I guide individuals to be mindful of their lack of or excess of such energy, and encourage them to use various modalities to heal or gain energetic balance (e.g., through intentional breadth work, meditation, and visualization to name a few).

Not everyone is willing to take note of their present energy and health state, and some will take care of others before acknowledging their own needs. This approach poses a need to accept change of how we see health and self care. Some say we have a ‘broken’ health care system, and broken providers tending to broken patients. I believe it is better to have compassion and appreciation for services that are being rendered and ultimately, realize the momentum towards changing the (system) approach to meet the needs of those being served. Additionally, empowering people to recognize their needs and move towards balancing their energy could slow down the ‘rush’ and assist them in being able to communicate and connect with each other to move in a different more positive direction.
There is so much happening in our world. Volcanoes, earthquakes, storms, floods. The power of each person’s energy and thoughts, unified to a positive proactive intentional thought can help move and stabilize the negative forces that abound.

I am not a dreamer. Only a believer of the power of the human spirit, good relationships, creative thoughts, and positive action. Taking the time to attend to one’s needs and stay present brings about awareness of what needs to be done. Slowing down and standing still to take a breadth gives a person more control over themselves and therefore, their thoughts and actions. Connecting one to another, to another…our energy and health can move in a positive direction and energetically impact others just by our presence. Just as a smile goes a long way, so does our energy when it is directed towards compassion, acceptance, forgiveness, and Light. We all have it in us to make a change. All we have to do is make it happen with our thoughts and intention. Let’s try for a day, and another, and another….and see where it takes us!
Wishing all lots of laughter in the upcoming days as you see what happens when you adjust your thoughts and actions. Pay attention, and have a GREAT journey!!
